Hiring Solved

Recruiting Simplified
HiringSolved optimizes recruiting with AI-powered search and match capabilities, enabling teams to find the most qualified talent in today’s ultra-competitive marketplace. As the HiringSolved platform has evolved, The Grove team has continued to expand and iterate on the overall brand style, most recently showcased in the HiringSolved web presence – providing the HiringSolved audience with a fresh take on the recruitment platform.

Initial discussions centered around identifiying relevant content, new website structure, and optimized user flows – ensuring that the core solutions and audiences would be properly highlighted. This allowed our team to begin the copywriting process with clear objectives.
While the original tone of the website content was more product-driven and technical, the new website needed to reflect a more people-focused and casual tone – highlighting their expertise in helping recruiters find the best job candidates.

Key considerations for website structure and organization were based on audience segments, key features that recruiting teams look for, and technical SEO (Search Engine Optimization). The Grove developed a new site map catering to these specific needs.
Preliminary keyword and competitor research was completed in order to optimize HiringSolved’s existing content as well as create additional content. Additional SEO solutions included standard on-page optimizations such as page titles and descriptions, alt text, 301 redirects, internal linking, and header tag optimizations.

With new website content approved, The Grove team established wireframes for each and every page of the new site – an extremely important phase that helps provide visual hierarchy to the newly written content. This phase allows for The Grove’s design and development teams to coordinate with the client teams on how the website looks and functions for an end user – to create a fully-functional, mobile-responsive website. The Grove also developed a custom navigation bar to house page descriptions and highlighted materials.

The Grove then moved into the design phase – giving life to the wireframes through color, photography, interactions, and style. While the previous version of the website featured mainly the darker blue from the HiringSolved logo, the new website needed to be softer and more approachable – focusing less on a corporate style. The design team focused on highlighting the technology and the people it connects – through a lighter color palette mixed with photography of job candidates.

The Grove continues to work with HiringSolved to expand the new brand look-and-feel through additional website pages and resources as well as marketing and sales materials – such as custom graphics, presentation decks, email templates, sales sheets, and event support.
