Originally from L.A., Courtney now calls Scottsdale home and joined the Grove team in October 2021.

Courtney’s 20 plus-year marketing career began in San Francisco running brands such as Beringer Wine, Sprint PCS and 24 Hour Fitness. She moved on to run brand strategy and account services for well-known agencies such as BBDO and DRAFT FCB managing the entire Gallo Wine Portfolio, and Del Monte Pet Foods.

At Smiths Agency, she ran digital strategy and marketing for Nestle’s Skinny Cow & Nescafe, and Premier Protein. Courtney specializes in launching new brands such as Popchips and Buxom by Bare Essentials. She moved client side to run Innovation at Diageo North America and worked on the launch of brands such as the McBride Sisters, The Great American Wine Company, & Woodwork Wines.

Outside of The Grove, Courtney can be found going on adventures with her daughter, attending a power yoga class or sipping kombucha on the beach.
