Building the Foundation

Our team worked with HiringSolved to identify the most relevant content, devise a new website structure, and optimize the user flow for the new website. This approach helped us set clear objectives for the copywriting process.

While the original website content had a more technical and product-driven tone, the new website needed to reflect a more casual and people-focused tone, highlighting HiringSolved’s expertise in helping recruiters find the best job candidates.

Content Strategy & SEO

When developing the website structure, we took into account audience segments, key features that recruiting teams look for, and technical SEO. Our team created a new site map catering to these specific needs, which aligned with the overall strategy of the website.

We carried out preliminary keyword and competitor research to optimize existing content and create additional content. Our additional SEO solutions included standard on-page optimizations such as page titles and descriptions, alt text, 301 redirects, internal linking, and header tag optimizations.

Building Wireframes

Once the new website content was approved, we established wireframes for each and every page of the new site. This phase was important in providing visual hierarchy to the newly written content. It allowed our design and development teams to coordinate with the client on how the website looks and functions for an end user, leading to the creation of a fully-functional, mobile-responsive website. We also developed a custom navigation bar to house page descriptions and highlighted materials.

Website Design

We gave life to the wireframes by incorporating color, photography, interactions, and style. The previous version of the website predominantly featured the darker blue from the HiringSolved logo. However, we needed to make the new website softer and more approachable, focusing less on a corporate style. We highlighted the technology and the people it connects through a lighter color palette mixed with photography of job candidates.
